Returns & Exchanges

At Black Sheep, we stand behind our gear, but if your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the gear clears inspection.
